API 5CT Cement head

Description:

Cement head is a device fitted to the top joint of a casing string to hold a cement plug before it is pumped down the casing during the cementing operation. In most operations, a bottom plug is launched before the spacer of cement slurry. The top plug is released form the cement head after the spacer fluid. Most cement heads can hold both the top and bottom plugs. A manifold incorporated into the cement head assembly allows connection of a fluid circulation line.

API 5CT Stage Collar

Stage Cementer features inner-closing configuration, opening through pressure differene. The closing plug drivers the closing sleeve to shut the circulation ports.

Opening pressure can be adjusted and it is not subjective to hole angle or mud properties for operation.
The inner diameter of upper/lower sub is the same as that casing, but smaller than that of closing sleeve, which can minimize chances of damages to the closing sleeve.
The inner seats are made of an easily drillable NBR rubber/aluminum material. Both the opening and closing seats lock against rotation for the easy drill out.

API 11AX Valve Ball and Valve Seat

Description:

1. High strength, high wear resistance, high precision, good temperature resistance and good corrosion resistance.

2. Mainly used for the sealing of valves of oil pumps in petroleum industry’s containing wells, viscous oil wells, sea oil wells and high pressure sulfur resistant oil wells, etc.

3. Balls and seats are used with compatible cemented carbide valve seats.

4. The finished surface, tolerance standard have reached the standards of the machine industry: G5, G10, G16, G40 and G100 of JB/T 9145-1999.

5. Precision machined cemented carbide balls of other grades and specifications are also available based on customers` demands.

6. Compatible high precision valve seats can also be made.
